On 3/2/26 at 12:30pm, I ate a small bowl of egg drop soup and 3 lettuce wraps. 40 minutes later, stomach cramps began. Had to use the restroom every 10-15 minutes due to diarrhea and suffered intense stomach cramps. Vomitted entire meal at 3:30pm.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
