I ordered hot and sour soup. That's the only thing I ate and I got violently ill starting at 5 AM for every half hour for 7 hours and then every hour for 5 hours I had explosive diarrhea and was vomiting bile.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Bile

My boyfriend and I had dinner here on Friday 12/26 for my birthday. We had shrimp pad Thai, chicken lo mein, house salads, and crab wontons. Onset: Less than 4 hours
Duration: 12 to 24 hours
Sick: Me
Additional information: I ate lettuce, wraps, chicken, and ragoons up all night vomiting, and more. Never felt like this before.
