Taking out my girl friends family out to eat for her brothers birthday. My girlfriend ordered pad thai. Once her food arrived she didn’t enjoy it took much and said it tasted like a “dirty rag” . I even tasted it and could tell it was off. Now she is having bad stomach pains and diarrhea with fever.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Other, Stomach Pain
