I ordered a Smash Burger at Shake Shake at Alderwood Mall in Lynnwood and it was completely uncooked in the center. Unfortunately, I had already taken a few bites. So Far I have not developed symptoms of food poisoning, but it's been less than 24 hours.

I ate Mongolian beef with brown rice from PF Chang’s. About 30 minutes later, I had terrible stomach upset. My father had it too and he ate the same thing, so I know it was the food. 😖  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I ate a good amount of Cilantro and Lime Bitchin Sauce, with tortilla chips and about an hour later, had the worst stomach pain of my life? I have now proceeded to throw up twice. I haven't eaten much else of anything else other than this.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Got a slice of cheese pizza for dinner from Costco. Woke up violently ill at 1am and have been experiencing very bad diarrhea and stomach cramps. Feeling nauseous but no vomiting. The stomach craps are extremely painful.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Vomiting
