3/5/20 I ate lamb chops, potatoes and green beans. Within 5-hrs was throwing up and diarrhea. Unable to keep anything down for 24-hrs, not even water. Very dehydrated, weak and headache. Other people in party didn’t get sick, but ate different food. Iceberg wedge salad they ate…
