I had the Chicken Carbonara. It was delicious, but I had diarrhea and was vomiting for quite some time afterwards. Some parasite must have snuck in there somewhere along the line.

Ordered one topping pizza; ate it and went to bed. I woke up throwing up and with diarrhea. This lasted all day with no relief until roughly 7 pm. After all traces of the pizza leaving my body I started feeling better.
