Flights Nov. 1st (Was fine before getting on the flight. Just picked at the breakfast the served on the flight from Mumbai to Dubai. Stuck with water and coffee. Ate some breakfast on the flight from Dubai to Boston. In the 17 hours ate lunch and dinner.…

阿联酋航空从恩德培飞往迪拜的航班上享用无麸质餐点。不知道有多少人生病了。饭后 1 小时左右，我开始感到胃部不适，随着时间的推移，胃部不适变成了抽筋。几个小时后进来正在呕吐，恶心，感觉发烧。腹部痉挛恶化了，饭后 24 小时左右我开始腹泻在第 3 天恶化，而且在一周内缓慢改善。
