Wednesday 8th April Greggs chicken bake The chicken bake was lukewarm warm at best and had a mild cheese taste, congealed cream. It was about 3pm so probably been sat there all day.

白天我从这里买了烤牛排。它还是很热，因为它最近刚从烤箱里出来了。直到凌晨 4 点 40 分醒来时肚子隆隆起来我才想到。然后我得了腹泻然后开始呕吐。我知道那一定是木桩烘烤，因为我家里没有其他人感到不适从晚餐开始。而且我是唯一一个烤过牛排的人。
