I went and got McDonald's for lunch and returned back to work to eat about 1 hour passed. My stomach felt like it was being ripped up inside. Then came the vomiting and fever and diahrea. This all happened on Friday 02/02/2018. I finally was feeling much better on Sunday 02/04/2018.
