Ate one of these mcmuffins around 8 in the morning. Last couple of bites tasted bad but I was driving and in a hurry. Around 1pm I developed a high fever and muscle aches. Next day had bubble guts and dark stools.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心
