前天（2023 年 12 月 4 日）我妈妈去麦当劳那里选了两份订单，9-12 小时后我们的粪便里都有血、胃痛、腹泻。昨天我没有和妈妈说话，所以我以为只有我自己，却忽略了，但情况变得更糟了，她告诉我妈妈感觉不舒服，她告诉我她有同样的症状，她认为可能是麦当劳造成的。今天我们有同样的症状+疲劳，我也呕吐了。如果明天感觉不好，我们要去看医生或去看急诊室。

I ate 3 selects meal and chips with my coke and a doughnut and it’s what I normally get but then I vomited the food out the Morning after and it’s been all day and I’m very ill. Only I got sick and I ate in the evening of sat 13 April and vomited it out on sun 14
