Ordered some chicken nuggets from Macdonald's, Cheltenham at around 4:30 yesterday. After a couple of hours or so I had lost my appetite and began feeling sick. Woke up feeling very ill and have thrown up and had diarrhoea throughout the night

On 2/15/2016 I order a double cheeseburger meal. A few hours later I become nauseous and began throwing up. This is not typical and should be reviewed
