12月3日，16:30 从林肯的卡尔顿中心订购了麦当劳。已于 17:55 抵达。女儿在12月4日上午7点30分突然出现腹泻（没有前期症状），随后因害怕呕吐而出现严重的胃痉挛和恶心。她吃了 Filet-o-Fish 三明治。也没有关于该商品的准备信息。只是一个空标签。
