I had 1/4 chicken peppered hot and within the time I got home (4hrs) I felt nauseous but thought nothing of it and this morning my temperature was high and I can't find the appetite to eat because I feel so poorly

Had nandos yesterday and im on the toliet today had yhe same problem 2 days ago didnt think it was nandos till today
