昨天我们在马里兰州贝莱尔的 Taco Bell 收到了送来的 DoorDash。我吃了装满玉米片。我在 7:00 醒来时胃痛恶心。我今天的大部分时间都在洗手间进出洗手间，要么去厕所，要么呕吐。再也不会从那里吃东西了。我丈夫没事。

Taco salad, Had taco salad for dinner about 630 had a “off” taste at end but thought it was a spice used. By 1130 I was nauseous and had diarrhea. Lasted all night til about 3 the next afternoon
