就在圣帕特里克节前后。不确定，但是我 5 岁的孩子吃了绿色的幸运符麦片。几个小时后头疼，小睡一会然后醒来呕吐不用了，谢谢

We bought premium salad mix from Walmart two days ago. First my fiance had diarrhea all day yesterday, now my mother in law is throwing up, diarrhea and nauseated with a fever so bad she can get out of bed.

Details: Bought two Tomatoes from Walmart. Washed and sliced Tomatoes and ate them. Five hours later the vomiting and diarrhea started. This happened to both my wife and I.
