昨天在那里给我和男朋友吃了午饭。我们俩整天都有胃痛、恶心和腹泻。Whataburger 是我能想到的最少 24 小时内我们俩唯一吃过的异常食物。但是我不是 100% 确定。胃虫确实会四处散去，但我想无论如何我都会消失。

Received a free buffalo ranch chicken strip sandwich after 8 pm on February 6,2016. A few short hours after eating the sandwich my husband became very ill. The symptoms being nausea, diarrhea and aggressive vomiting. We will no longer be eating at this location ever again and…
