After eating lunch at Willy's I became severely ill with vomiting and diarrhea. Which in turn caused me to become severely dehydrated because I couldn't drink any fluids. I ended up having to go the ER to have IV fluids administered to hydrate my body and stop the vomiting.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 呕吐
