- Has a UPC of 0-4256301242-7
- With lot code 20425GOLY
- With a best-by date of 07/23/2027.
The issue was discovered through internal quality checks. The recall was initiated by Firm on April 21, 2026. FDA classified as Class II, with the classification date on May 5, 2026.
