I visited AMBAR Restaurant in Clarendon, Arlington, VA on April 20 2026 around 1:00pm.A few hours after eating, I began experiencing nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, fever (38.1°C), chills, body aches, and stomach cramps.
Symptoms started approximately 2-3 hours after the meal and have been ongoing.
My husband ate with me but is not experiencing any symptoms.
Due to the severity of my symptoms, I am unable to work today.
I suspect this may be a foodborne illness related to this visit.
