I ordered the City Slicker sandwich with fries and a sweet tea. About two hours after, I began to experience nausea and vomiting. By the next morning, I had the WORST nausea, vomiting and diarrhea that I have EVER experienced. I work at night and I had to leave work early that morning. These horrible symptoms lasted from 4AM that morning until around 3PM the next day. That was the ONLY thing I had to eat that day. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
