I ate sandwich but saved salad in fridge until I ate it on Friday which led to severe (hourly) diarrhea from day after I ate salad (Saturday) to today with overnight hospitalization Sunday. Tests confirmed infection and inflammation. IV fluids and antibiotics were administered...symptoms continue today with increased spacing of time between symptoms.
