I ate there got home feel a sleep got up shit diarrhea water and shit for 7 hours haven't gone to carls jr for a very long time the next day I bought so pepto bismol feel to sleep I had a very hard time sleeping had to take sleep aid after I slept for 2 hours through up 4 time I haven't been this sick in years my stomach hurt all day yesterday and some today not as much but now I shit ting blood and it hurts to use to bathroom I look online to see what might be wrong with me and food poisoning I haven't been able to eat solid foods I don't know if I have a fever. If I feel worse tomorrow I will see a doctor | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
