We had a dinner, we took all vegetarian options. Papaya salad, angel hair and furlon noodels. Symptoms started about 2-3 hours after with all symptoms, throughout night and Sunday morning (when submitting this report) | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
