We had a dinner, we took all vegetarian options. Papaya salad, angel hair and furlon noodels. Symptoms started about 2-3 hours after with all symptoms, throughout night and Sunday morning (when submitting this report) | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
