Friend came over for lunch Saturday, January 30th 2016. We drove over to Chick Fil A got food through drive through. Was woken up next morning Sunday, January 31st 2016 with violent vommiting and diarrhea. Didnt know what got me til I finally got ahold of my buddy who confirmed he had been extremely sick since sunday morning as well. Only food we ate together and both sick. No coincidence. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
