Ate chicken sandwich for lunch 3/9/2015. Stomach upset by dinner time. Ate nothing for dinner. Fever nausea aches over night. Continues today. Ate at home Sunday with family not having any symptoms. Highly likely it was Chik fil A | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
