I ate lunch with a co-worker on Sept. 2nd 2016 around 1:30-2pm. I ordered the chicken strips, she got the nuggets. When we got back to work we ate. I started feeling my stomach rumble and extreme abdominal pains about 1-2 hours later. It was like someone was twisting my insides. Sharp and excruciating.

I'm in vehicle sales and was with a guest at the time. While my customer was in finance I was able to rush to the restroom where I had to find and take a bag with me because I was both vomiting and had diarrhea. It was the worst pain I can remember ever being in. So embarrassing to have this happen at work. I struggled through with the delivery of the vehicle having to excuse myself several times to continue this vicious cycle. Needless to say you could see the frustration from my customer because I had absolutely no idea what was going on or how I all of a sudden became ill.

Before my guest could leave I had to call my husband to get a ride so he could pick me up as I drove myself to work that day. I couldn't drive home in the condition I was in. I kept struggling to cope with the pain and the vomiting and cramping. Ugh! We rushed to the emergency room after about 2-3 more hours of this never ending cycle of abdominal cramping, vomiting and diarrhea. When I got to the hospital it's embarrassing to inform my RN that I needed both a clean up bag and some sort of bucket or diaper because I couldn't lay in bed to vomit all of a sudden without losing control of my bowel. It's embarrassing to talk about but it happened!

Fever came and went of 101.2 to normal. Dr diagnosed food poisoning and provided me with medication or prescriptions. I don't have insurance right now so I could only imagine this hefty bill and I couldn't even get my medication. In in vehicle sales and the dr took me out of work for 2 days on LABOR DAY WEEKEND. needless to say I need to cope but I'm missing out on being able to provide for my family on one of the busiest weekends of the year because of the irresponsible cooks at this location. You're dealing with chicken!!! One of the most problem causing foods if not cooked properly!!! I'm so disappointed in Chick-Fil-A and will NEVER eat there again!!! I couldn't imagine going through this again, my family and kids going through this, heck I wouldn't even wish this pain on my worst enemies. It was horrible!!! | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
