My 4 year old went to chick fil a with 3 of her friends . They all ate lunch . 48 hours later they all started having nausea, vomiting , diarrhea , fever , chills. My daughter is still sick 4 days later . I have contacted the health department.| 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 胃痛, 发烧, 抽筋, 寒战
