Went for lunch with my co-worker, all I had to eat for today was chips and guacamole, within a few hours I started cramping up with abdominal pains followed with diarrhea and now a persistent fever. This was the only thing I ate today, nothing else. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
