I had the chicken soft taco's with the mild pico salsa, approx 18 hours later I had severe intestinal distress followed by a 48 hr period of intense vomiting and watery excrement. I had to receive fluids in the ER. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
