Was visiting western USA over the Christmas holiday period from London, UK. with my wife and two daughters who are 15 and 9 years old. We purchased vegetarian food from Chipotle inside The Venetian Hotel and Casino on 12/30/2016 at 9.48pm and again on 12/31/2016 at 3.08pm. I have the receipts. By the afternoon of 31st Dec my 9-year old started vomiting and got diarrhoea that evening. This lasted 48-hours. I bought PEDIALYTE powder sachets for her from Walgreens at Venetian. On 2nd January 2017 me and my wife also started vommitting and suffering from diarrhoea which really ruined our flight back to London. On 4th January my 15-year old also started to suffer from vommitting and diarrhoea which we are treating with electrolytes and rest. | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
