My son and I had chipotle last night. He threw up on the floor at Walmart this morning while trying to make it to the bathroom and has had horrible diarrhea and nausea/vomiting all day . I seem to have a milder case but am also experiencing GI issues.| 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐
