On september 21 of 2016 me and my friend ate at chipotle at 3952 Rivermark Parkway. I went home right after with a friend. He wanted to go home after about 20 mins of hanging out so I walk him to my front door. When we got to the front door he was putting his shoes on. At thay moment I told him later bro and ran to the bathroom and threw up really bad. After that I walked out and locked the front door. Then went to my room to get some rest .around 1:25am I started to get all sweaty and having this vibration feeling throughout body i ran to the bathroom and made it to the sink in time , threw up agian then went to get some water sitting on my couch to catch some air after about 10mins i went to my room and try to get some rest around 4 am i woke up again with this vibration feeling throughout body | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
