Ate Chipotle at noon and by 6Pm vomiting and diarrhea. Both continued day 2, went to Urgent Care and received fluids, day 3 went to hospital ER and was admitted for fluids and over night monitoring. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
