Ate quinoa salad at 445pm and started feeling sick around 6pm. Started feeling very nauseous and then full blown vomiting for about 2 hours then it was diarrhea and vomiting at the same time for about an hour. It was constant vomiting my stomach would never settle , barely enough breath to drink water. Thankfully I didn't eat too much quinoa salad (only thing I had eaten that day) and it only lasted a few hours but holy crap that's the worse thing I've gone through and I've had my fair share of horrible 7 hour hangovers! | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
