On 6/9/2026 between 5 pm and 6pm I ate a chicken baked from Costco food court . Within 30 minutes of eating i started having severe stomach cramps , followed by burping the chicken bake with a foul smell , and diarrhea and vomit .  | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 胃痛, 抽筋, 寒战, Burping

6/6/26 at 5:38, I purchased and ate a chocolate vanilla twist soft serve frozen ice cream from Costco’s food court. Soon afterwords, I started experiencing severe stomach cramps and pain. I had severe vomiting from 7pm until 11:30pm. Body chills, diarrhea and nausea continued into the next… 更多
