We have gotten food delivery daily for about four years without incident. On Wednesday March 9 the truck delivered a beef patty with some sort of red sauce. It was eaten (2 portions ) by my son & myself at approx. 7PM At about 2 AM we both began to vomit bile & had diarrhea that went on all that day | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐, 胆汁
