We went to Five West restaurant on Sunday, September 20th, 2015 afternoon (~3 PM). My wife got severe nausea, vomiting and diarrhea next day. She can not go to work today, we will go to Emergency at Mayo Clinic. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
