Date Closed: 12/12/2019Fort Myers closed temporarily Dec. 12 after inspectors issued 15 violations. A dead roach was found near high chairs by the kitchen's entrance, and four live roaches were found in the same area. A black-green mold-like substance was found in the ice machine, and raw chicken was stored over lemons in the walk-in cooler. The restaurant was inspected again Dec. 13 and reopened.
