On Sunday May 3, a friend and I went to the Logan, Utah In-n-Out Burger for lunch. That night and the following day, we were both experiencing severe vomiting, diarrhea, cramps, etc. I was dizzy and nearly fell several times. My friend ended up passing out. It was the most severe case of food poisoning either of us has ever experienced. I am reporting this because I am concerned about the food safety at this In-n-Out location. I request that this be looked into quickly and thoroughly to address any food safety issues at this establishment and prevent any further cases of food-borne illness.| 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 胃痛, 抽筋, 寒战, 头痛, 头晕
