食品安全报告：In-N-Out。

I had severe food poisoning after eating an In&Out burger, with pickles & lettuce after getting into SFO for a much anticipated trip to Napa with my husband. I felt nauseous immediately. I have been fighting this for five days now and am still not completely over the symptoms.

My husband & I spent our entire Napa trip confined to our hotel room, even missing our return flight home on Sunday afternoon because I was too sick to fly.
