食品安全报告：Jack in the Box。

Ordered a sourdough jack with medium frys and a medium dr. Pepper. I ate on my way out of town and when I arrived home I did some work around the house and went to bed. Approximately five hours after I ate it. It hit me all at once. I will never eat at another jack in the box. this is the second time in three years that I have contracted food poisoning from the same location. | 症状: 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
