I was on lunch break when I got very hungry and saw jack in the box. I went over and bought a jumbo jack and I had done the survey and got a free jumbo jack with my purchase. I ate them and about 15 minutes later my stomach started to hurt very bad I went to the restroom and tried to poop. Fortunately I did and the pain went away then it came back a few minutes afterwards. Once I got out of work I got home rushed to the bathroom and vomited. I am currently very cold with another stomach ache. | 症状: 发烧, 呕吐
