A friend and I went to get food around 1am order 6 tacos and a #4 some of the tacos seemed like if they were out for a long time but I didn't mind that much and the burger well can't really complain about it until next morning I woked up around 6:30am just to find out I had diarrhea but after the third time I used the restroom I felt a rushing vomiting sensation and well I ended up vomiting back to back and a lot | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
