On Christmas day at 11am I ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich. There was only one guy working that I could see and he seemed like he was high. I ate my sandwich and at 5 pm I was throwing up, and major diarrhea with aches and pains and chills. I will never eat at Jack n the box again. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
