Ordered late this morning. #12 Beach Club Unwich with oil & vinegar, oregano & basil, and peppers. Same order I’ve gotten for years. Within two hours, stomach cramping. By third hour, left side, winding abdominal pain and nausea, soon followed by multiple bouts of diarrhea. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋
