Possibly onions from here Went to sleep after eating on Thursday night. Friday, headache,felt bloated with indigestion. Saturday, headache and felt very fatigued with indigestion. Sunday diarrhea started in extreme couldn’t get outta bed. Monday, excruciating pain in stomach followed by vomiting and diarrhea, headache and fatigue.
