I bought a Hoisin duck wrap from M&S on 11/4/26 at around 17:30 by 20:30pm I was hit with sickness, diahhrea, pain, fever and chills which was ongoing for 16 hours.| 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 胃痛, 发烧, 抽筋, 寒战, 头痛
