Food poisoning that was from either watermelon, honeydew melon, or shrimp tacos., Symptoms hit my husband fast about 6 hours after eating. We later learned of a few others at the resort getting sick from shrimp tacos. The resort is an all inclusive and my husband didn't have anything to eat outside of the resort since the day before.
