All I had was McDonald's that day so don't try and convince me it was something else. Bought nuggets, the mighty angus and large fries after school. First thing when I woke up the day after, I had EXPLOSIVE diarrhea and it had never been that bad before. My stomach hurt so bad and felt so close to vomiting. It lasted two days.
